Our portfolio includes several iconic structures and products in Nigeria and West Africa, like our office buildings in Lagos which is a modern expression of vernacular architecture in its location to a new neighborhood in residential Ikoyi – Ajose Court, which is a courtyard of terrace and apartment houses with shared communal space with individual privacy. The Multipurpose carpark in Onikan is a response to the parking challenges in the city centre which receives several visitors daily which is similar to the Mega Plaza Carpark constructed with the use of steel instead of concrete. SAIL STEM hub is a community learning space that was remodelled from an old residential building to a shared workspace and school. The Polaris Bank, YES centre was commissioned to create a comfortable, efficient, and centralized call centre for the bank’s operation.
Other projects like the WhiteSands residence, Twin Lakes development, Tek Xperts office, and several others were created with the ethos of the firm in mind which is rooted in the passion for transforming spaces into timeless reflections of innovation and functionality.
