Yes Center - Polaris Bank

Located on No, 3 Assbifi Steet in the CBD of Alausa, Ikeja. The YES call centre was part of the remodelling of some portions of the iconic Bank branch.

The design and retrofit of the customer call centre on the 3rd floor of the building were done with user comfort, efficiency, and functionality in mind. The central communication hub which seats 110 agents for both inbound and outbound calls in an open plan arrangement is to handle all support and enquiries for the bank.

Collaboration and teamwork between staff and supervisors necessitated the use of the open plan arrangement of workstations with see-through glass partitions for the reception, manager, and quality control offices.

Executed during the COVID-19 pandemic, all elements of the design especially the furniture were custom made for space utilization, modularity, and social distancing in mind. The work desk had cubicle partitions for health concerns.

Adoption of technologies like access control, task lighting, VRF central AC systems, and Incorporation of plants helped in creating a serene environment for work to be carried out seamlessly.
