Tek Experts, Victoria Island

We were commissioned to design the office for the Multinational tech firm who are coming into the country to play in the budding tech ecosystem. The interior design of its leased two (2) floors in the iconic Wings building on the popular Ozumba Mbadiwe Street in Victoria Island was to create a space that fosters creativity, collaboration, and productivity among its diverse workforce in line with the company's goals and values.

We created a flexible, adaptive, and seamless design over two floors that accommodates various work activities for the various personnel from the reception, meeting rooms, co-working spaces, huddle rooms, workstations, offices, and lunchroom essential in catering to the diverse tasks undertaken by the tech professionals.

The interior reflected the company's brand and culture. The use of the firm's corporate colours, logo, and other brand elements was incorporated into the design scheme. This creates a sense of identity and belonging among employees and reinforces the company's values.

Biophilic design elements bring the outdoors inside, promoting a connection with nature within the workspace. Indoor plants and greenery, natural light, and materials inspired by nature not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also contribute to employee well-being, reducing stress and increasing overall satisfaction. Ergonomic furniture, comfortable breakout spaces, and wellness rooms contribute to a healthy and supportive work environment. Additionally, providing amenities such as huddle rooms, collaboration spaces, and relaxation zones enhances work-life balance and overall job satisfaction.
